QazDriverDelete your account and associated data without installing the app. Verify your phone number, then separately confirm deletion.
Access to QazDriver will end on all devices. Your name, phone, driver profile, comments and address snapshots will be cleared. File deletion and retained records are explained below.

Back to homeEnter the phone number registered with your QazDriver account. Account existence is checked before sending: no code is sent for an unknown number.
Receive a WhatsApp or SMS code, enter it, then separately select “Yes, delete account”. The code is valid for 5 minutes. Your account is not removed before the final confirmation. Installing the app is not required.
In QazDriver open Menu → Profile → Delete account and confirm. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete the server account.
Final confirmation ends access on every device: sessions and refresh tokens are revoked. Your phone, name, avatar link, driver profile and vehicle details are cleared; active publications are cancelled.
Comments and pickup/destination address snapshots are cleared from your own listings and associated agreements. Verification codes containing your number and queued notifications to the account are removed. Registering the same number again creates a new account and does not restore the removed profile.
The avatar and photos of your licence, vehicle, registration certificate and interior become inaccessible and are marked for physical deletion. Background cleanup runs once a minute, processes a bounded batch, and retries failed deletions.
Cleanup normally takes a few minutes; no guaranteed maximum is currently set, and failures or a backlog may increase it. A successful account-deletion message confirms profile cleanup and the end of access, rather than the immediate erasure of every file.
Order, agreement, contact-attempt and response records remain, including internal identifiers, cities, dates, amounts, statuses and service events. Completed trips are retained and their completion date is preserved. Direct profile fields, comments and addresses are cleared, but remaining information may permit indirect matching and is not described as fully anonymous.
No automatic deletion period is currently set for these records: they are kept without a fixed deletion deadline. Support requests and action logs also have no approved common period and may contain information supplied in a request. Contact the operator by email about grounds and necessity for continued retention or a separate data-erasure request.
Short-lived hashed code-send limits and evidence of account deletion remain for abuse protection. Maintenance removes expired temporary records; deleting an account does not reset an active 30-minute send block.
Previously created database and file backups may contain data from before deletion. They are not used for ordinary app operation. Automatic expiry of old backups is not configured and no fixed retention period has been approved; deletion from every backup within 30 days cannot be promised.
If a backup is restored, the operator must reapply confirmed deletions before resuming data processing. Contact support by email for a separate request concerning backup data.
