Draft Personal Data Processing Consent

1. Status and required details

This is a draft, not evidence of obtained consent. Before use, complete the operator identification number, verify the full legal name, identify the individual by full name and establish periods. Viewing this document, signing in by phone or downloading a new edition does not record consent to this draft.

Proposed recipient: Individual Entrepreneur ADA Technologies, 21 Kultegin Street, Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan; dastan_ermaganbet@mail.ru. The operator identification number is absent from this edition.

2. Proposed scope and purposes

Once finalised, individuals must themselves explicitly confirm consent to necessary collection, recording, storage, use, correction, provision to authorised recipients and deletion for login, profiles, driver application review, listings, search, addresses, contact, agreements, support and security.

Data includes phone, full/entered name and avatar, vehicle details and supplied driver documents, cities, addresses, selected coordinates, trip/parcel conditions, contact and agreement actions, support and necessary security information. Optional-feature data depends on the action chosen by the user.

3. Recipients and limits

Authorised staff and service providers receive only necessary access. Other authenticated participants receive card information and protected contacts within the scope described in the policy. Public disclosure of documents and unrestricted disclosure to any person are not authorised.

External maps, routing, SMS and selected communication apps must be disclosed before the relevant action. Cross-border processing requiring consent must be documented with specific conditions. This draft is not unconditional consent to every country or future recipient.

4. Period and withdrawal

Processing must be limited to specific purposes and mandatory legal periods; final periods remain to be approved. Optional device permissions can be withdrawn in system settings. To withdraw processing consent, contact the operator.

Following withdrawal, processing stops or continues solely on a lawful basis explained to the individual. Withdrawal can make a feature requiring the data unavailable, but does not authorise other purposes.

5. Recording final consent

The final form must show separate choices that are not preselected, the individual’s full name, operator details, document texts and versions. Confirmation must preserve reliable evidence of the action, time and edition; later changes must not alter earlier consent retrospectively.

Registration of this legal consent is not enabled in this app edition. The document is presented as a draft for review and completion. Separate call, location, camera and photo permissions do not replace that record.
